Monroe teen serves as legislative page
Brandi J. Dahlinger, a student at Sky Valley Education Center in Monroe, served as a page in the Washington State House of Representatives. She was sponsored by Rep. Dan Kristiansen, R-Snohomish. Paging presents students with a unique educational opportunity to participate in the legislative process. Their duties vary from ceremonial tasks, such as presenting the flags, to operational chores like distributing amendments during legislative sessions. Brandi is the second oldest of 10 children.
